If so, we invite you to apply for the Director of Development position with The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

The Library Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization that raises private funds for The Indianapolis Public Library. The Director of Development oversees fundraising, communications and investments in Library programs and services, while working with a portfolio of primarily corporate and foundation donors.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, seven years of fundraising and communications experience and the ability to lead, coach and inspire colleagues.

Annual salary: $84,000 - $89,000

Benefits: 100% of the premiums for your individual health and dental insurance, an annual contribution (10% of your salary) to your 403b retirement account, ten paid holidays and PTO.

Remote work: A hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week is available after 90 days.
