Library expands health programming

The Library is expanding its offerings of health and exercise programs! The Healthy Body, Healthy Mind programs focus on educating patrons about nutrition and Medicaid as well as demonstrating exercises such as chair yoga. Many of the exercises are especially popular with seniors looking to stay healthy and active as they age.
